Nanga, operated by Spark Digital Agency (SAS), is committed to protecting personal data. This policy describes the data collected via the nanga.spark.do website and the conditions of processing.
Data collected
Nanga only collects data voluntarily provided by visitors: name, email address, and company name via contact and demo request forms, as well as information entered in the Creative Benchmark (Spark) access form. No data is collected automatically beyond strictly necessary technical cookies.
Purpose of processing
Collected data is used to respond to contact and demo requests, grant access to the Creative Benchmark, and send communications about Nanga services if the visitor has consented.
Hosting and storage
The site is hosted on Vercel (European infrastructure). Creative Benchmark data is stored on Supabase (EU hosting). No personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Data retention
Data is retained for the duration necessary for the purposes described above, and no longer than 3 years after the last contact.
User rights
Under the GDPR, every user has the right to access, rectify, delete, port, and object to the processing of their personal data. These rights can be exercised by email at the address below.
