Quiz Room

Leisure network, 8 countries

How Quiz Room runs 90 centers across 8 countries as one

A headquarters view to arbitrate budget. A per-franchisee view to understand what they fund. Same data, two readings: nobody argues over the numbers anymore.

The challenge

90 centers, 8 countries, scattered data

Quiz Room operates a network of quiz centers from France to Australia. Digital marketing is pooled and run from headquarters, but each franchisee contributes to the media budget without seeing what it produces locally. The field doubts, headquarters can't prove.

Before Nanga: data lives market by market

No common foundation

Headquarters

Arbitrate the global budget across 8 countries.

Franchisee

Understand what their contribution produces locally.

Two levels of decision, and data that never answers back.

Hover or tap the dots: every market runs on its own accounts, currency, and rhythm.

Two audiences, one report

Headquarters needs to arbitrate. The franchisee wants to know whether what they pay brings players through their door. A single report couldn't answer both.

8 countries, no common base

Currencies, languages, and seasonality inverted across hemispheres. Comparing an Australian center to a Belgian one made no sense without a normalized foundation.

Media data ignored the business

Clicks lived in the ad platforms. Players lived in the booking tool. Nobody looked at them side by side.

The solution

One network, two levels of reading

01

Two-level management

A headquarters view that consolidates and compares all 90 centers, a franchisee view restricted to their scope. Same data foundation, two readings.

Performance
02

Normalized multi-country base

Unified currency, identical indicators whatever the market, country filters. Each center reads relative to its market, not in the absolute.

Performance
03

Search and AI visibility by city

SEO, SEA, SMA, and presence in AI engine answers tracked per center, with real attendance fed back via API.

GEO
The product

The same data, two readings

Switch between the headquarters view and the franchisee's. This is exactly what Quiz Room teams see every morning.

SEOSEASMA
Nanga recommendation. The three most recent centers (Belgium, United Kingdom, Dubai) concentrate the highest budget in the panel for the lowest player volume. Their mix is dominated by paid, while the reference centers draw nearly half their traffic from SEO. The gap isn't the market: organic and AI visibility simply hasn't been built there yet.

Illustrative anonymized data. Budgets normalized in euros for cross-market arbitration.

City by city

Each city, its own signals

The network is steered globally, but performance plays out locally. For every city, the system unifies traffic, acquisition mix, players and conversion: the same reading, from national to local.

What the system revealed

The biggest traffic wasn't the most profitable

By segmenting organic traffic by page family, the system showed that the pages capturing the most visits were not the ones converting. A local blog post generated several hundred visits for zero bookings, while the local booking page converted above 12% on a third of the traffic.

This doesn't show up in Google Analytics alone, nor in Search Console alone. It appears when acquisition and conversion sit on the same screen. On a network where SEO drives nearly half the traffic, that's the difference between funding volume and funding players.

“The Spark team bent over backwards to explain the stakes, understand our objectives, and above all adapt when the agency's proposals were not a priority on our side. Flexibility while keeping the focus on the objectives set at the start is precious in an advisory relationship.”
